We are excited to offer a July only session for Kinderbound students. Applicants must be going to Kindergarten in August of 2024. Please include the name of the school your child will be attending for Kindergarten on your application. I try to respond to applications within 48 hours.
Session: July 1 - 26th, no camp on July 4 or July 5
Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm Breakfast and Lunch offered on site. Parents are responsible for snacks.
Tuition: $500 For our littles who need additional para support, those conversations can be had on an individual basis to ensure appropriate supports are in place to have a successful summer camp experience.
ELEMENTARY - MIDDLE SCHOOL - HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:
Notification of Acceptance: Applications will be reviewed and families will be notified periodically throughout the spring. We anticipate camper spots to be filled by mid-April. Some grades fill early, so apply as soon as possible!
Camp Dates:
Session 1: June 5th - 28th
Session 2: July 1 - 26th There will be no camp on July 4th / 5th in observance of Independence day.
Tuition:
$500 per session
ESY - qualifying rate: ESY students attending school in USD383 who wish to attend in the afternoon for the month of June- $350
Discounted Rates: While there may be funds availble to offer tuition assistance, we would like to encourage families to help fundraise for camp as well. Once you have applied for your student, you will be sent an email confirming your application was recieved. I will follow up if additional information is needed and we will discuss if your child needs additional supports and what those costs might look like. This is the time to begin reaching our to collect funds from family, friends, or community members who may assist you with the cost of camp. We will not know until the 1st part of June if we have funds for scholorships or grants as we can not make those calls until all donations have arrived or grants have been disbursed.
Below is the application form for Summer Camp 2024. We require you to fill this form out online. You will be contacted and notified that your application has been received. We may need additional information from you before a spot in camp can be secured. At the time that a spot is offered a reservation payment of $100 will be requested to reserve your spot in camp. To ensure balanced class sizes spots will only be held once payment is received. This payment will go towards your tuition payments once camp begins.

Please note:
- In addition to the information below, we must also have accompanying IEP information with your application (if applicable) to reserve your spot. Email IEPs to: fhsummerfuncamp@gmail.com
- We will conduct an interview with the classroom teacher/school staff to make placements appropriately as needed.
- Camp staff will contact you directly with acceptance into our program. Camp staff reserves the right for appropriate placement to ensure best outcomes for all campers.
- If your child requires para support outside of what is provided through camp, families are responsible for the cost of the para in addition to tuition.
Your reservation fee will be deposited and used toward your tuition costs once your child has been accepted. We will do our best to place as many children as possible in our program, but know that we may not have enough spots for every applicant. We do our best to create classrooms with a balance of peer models and children with special needs, genders, ages, and abilities. After acceptance, families will be provided with final enrollment paperwork to complete for camp.
